Alaska boasts ideal locations for the perfect camping experience. The Kenai Peninsula offers several kinds of camping ranging from in-town RV hookups, to maintained campgrounds, to a backcountry wilderness experience.

If you wish to stay in town, the Kenai Spur Park tent campground, located just off of the Kenai Spur Highway at Mile 10, provides a convenient and central tent camping location.

 

For travelers exploring the Peninsula by RV, Kenai and the surrounding areas offer many excellent RV parks, as well as public and private campgrounds with RV site.”

RV dump stations are available in Kenai at:

• Petro Marine - Gas station at the corner of Willow St. and Kenai Spur Hwy.
• Williams - Gas station at the corner of Kenai Spur Hwy and Bridge Access Rd.
